- RTHA Screw Chillers

- Removal of one condenser end plate for inspection.
- Four oil samples
- Measure the compressor motor winding resistances to ground.
- Control Safety set points checked and calibrated.
- Check starter gear.
- Check programs and dip switch settings to RCM chiller controllers.
- Check flow switches and water flows to CHW and CW
- Check oil levels and refrigerant charges.
- Check and log running operation.
- Leak test with electronic leak detector.
- Analyse log reports
